Our Career Studies Certificate in Digital Video prepares students for entry-level video, motion graphics, and multimedia design jobs. The program focuses on hands-on training and industry-relevant skills. Students will learn to work as part of a team, analyze multimedia projects, and apply creative and technical skills in video production. They will gain experience operating digital cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and video editing software. By the end of the program, students will be able to develop and complete an edited project from start to finish.

Within the program, students will take classes designed to put them both behind the camera and in front of a computer for editing. Among the classes students will take are ART 208 – Video Techniques and ART 214 – Advanced Video Project Development. The program also includes an coordinated internship, and requires 17 credit hours of classes upon completion.
