This scholarship was established in 2001 to honor Dr. John Hill, Professor Emeritus and former Executive Director of the TNCC Educational Foundation. Dr. Hill dedicated his life to public services including devoting over 30 years of service to TNCC. Priority consideration will be given to students enrolled in a degree program with the Business and Public Services Division.
