Ross A. Mugler: Has been serving as commissioner of the revenue for the City of Hampton since 1992.
Is a past president of the Hampton Arts Foundation and the Virginia Commissioners of the Revenue Association.
Also serves or has served on Hampton City Schools Education Foundation; the Virginia Living Museum; the Virginia Air and Space Museum, and the University of Virginia’s Hampton Roads Region Sorenson Institute.
Earned his BSBA and MPA from Old Dominion University and is a Certified Master Commissioner of the Revenue through the University of Virginia. Also a graduate of the CIVIC Leadership Institute of Hampton Roads.
He is married to the Honorable Martha Mugler, member of the Virginia House of Delegates representing the 91st District. They have three children.
