Jesse Goodrich, Foundation Board Vice Chair: Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Riverside Health System. Oversees human resources, benefits, compensation, workforce development, employee occupational health and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Also serves on executive committee of the Greater Peninsula Workforce Board and on the board of Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia.
Holds a bachelor’s degree in communication studies and English from James Madison University.
Has several certifications, including her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-CP).
