Gear up for CSSA's Professiaonal Development Day

Themed Improving Self & Team, the College Support Staff's Professional Development Day takes place Wednesday, March 11 allowing all personnel to engage in team-building and planning activities.

Offices, bookstores and libraries at campuses in Hampton and Williamsburg will be closed.

Registration is not necessary as participation is required. The daylong activities will give departments an opportunity to work together to clarify roles and departmental structures; create vision and direction of the department's work; and establish trusting relationships among the team.

The day will begin at 8 a.m. with an opening session in Templin Hall's Dr. Mary T. Christian Auditorium featuring addresses by Thomas Nelson Interim President Dr. Greg DeCinque and CSSA's Executive Board. The day continues with specially planned activities per each division.

After morning break-out sessions, the gathering moves to Wythe Hall's Library Gallery for lunch and more. Afternoon sessions will round out the day.

More details will be provided soon.
