Take the 'Great Colleges to Work For' Survey

College officials encourage your participation in the Great Colleges To Work For survey. The confidential survey is sponsored by The Chronicle of Higher Education and administered by ModernThink LLC.

Thomas Nelson has participated in the survey since 2015 as part of a Virginia's Community Colleges (VCCS) initiative on diversity and inclusion. Responses have been useful in assessing the College's workplace climate, and have resulted in important conversations along with specific efforts to enhance the College's capacity for excellence.

It will be emailed to all full-time personnel and a representative sample of adjunct faculty and part-time staff. The three-week window to submit anonymous responses is March 18 through April 3.
