Preserve College's History by Sending Material to Archives
Preserving Thomas Nelson Community College's history is essential in planning for the future. The archives, housed in the library, document the College's history and development including governance and administration, student life and evolution of buildings and grounds. View College archives policy by clicking here.
The College Archives staff seeks help collecting these vital records. All committee chairs, department heads and assistants to the administrators may contribute by sharing documents pertinent to Thomas Nelson's ongoing development. These include organizational records such as reports, memorandums, committee and departmental minutes, correspondence, event programs, newsletters, financial records, grant records and any publications created by the College. Documents may be sent via campus mail or email to archives@tncc.edu.
Roughly half of the collections in the archive are accessible via ArchivesSpace. More is being added over time. A digitized portion is also available through at Digital Collections site.
