Climate Survey Open Through April 23

Virginia's Community Colleges, in partnership with Viewfinder Campus Climate Surveys, LLC, began a system-wide climate study this month. As Thomas Nelson employees are integral to not only the VCCS but to the greater Commonwealth, your candid participation in a climate survey is important.

The College is passionate about creating and fostering an inclusive working and learning environment where all employees and students can thrive and be fully engaged while also feeling safe and respected. The survey results will be used to identify strengths and opportunities related to diversity, equity, and inclusion for everyone at Thomas Nelson. Accessible at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/VCCSEmployees, the survey will be available through April 23. Accommodations are available for those who require them.

Voluntary completion of the survey qualifies you for entry in a drawing for $25.

The use of an outside survey provider ensures complete anonymity. No identifying information will be collected from participants. Your voice will contribute to Thomas Nelson's ability to understand and strengthen the total campus environment.

Viewfinder Campus Climate Surveys, LLC is a sister company to Potomac Publishing, Inc., publisher of INSIGHT Into Diversity magazine, the largest and most well-regarded diversity and inclusion magazine in higher education today.
