Take State's Online DEI Course by November

In case you missed it:

All state employees (including VCCS wage, classified and faculty) employed before June 07, 2021 are required to complete an interactive online course on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and cultural competency.

Access the Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Center by CLICKING HERE and search for DHRM - The Road to Cultural Competence.

Please note if you are a new state employee, and started work on or after June 07, 2021, the DEI course was included as mandatory training and formed part of your onboarding process.

As a system-wide initiative, VCCS officials ask that VCCS employees complete the course before Thanksgiving.

Remember to download the completion certificate and email it to your Human Resources department. If you have questions or need assistance logging on to COVLC, contact your Human Resources department.
