Free Veterans Legal Services Clinic June 16
The Virginia Attorney General's office in partnership with the Virginia Department of Veterans Services and the Virginia State Bar will provide free estate planning services for low-income veterans, their spouses and widows.
The first Veterans Legal Services Clinic since 2018, the event will take place Thursday, June 16 at Thomas Nelson, which is becoming Virginia Peninsula Community College. Presented at the Hampton campus, the free services include basic wills, power of attorney, and advanced medical directives.
Appointments are required and can be made at (804) 371-2815, by visiting the AG office's website, or by scanning the QR code on the attached flyer. The flyer also includes more details about the June 16 clinic.
The Attorney General's office and partnering agencies are planning additional clinics in other areas of the Commonwealth to serve Virginia's veteran community.
