Virginia Peninsula Community College will be closed Monday, Jan. 16 in observance Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Observed the third Monday in January, this national holiday commemorates Dr. King's life and work. The slain Baptist minister was a prominent leader in the American civil rights movement.
During the College's closure, new and returning students may get information about spring 2023 classes, financial aid, tuition payment and more at www.vpcc.edu. Campuses in Hampton and Williamsburg as well as satellite sites will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 17 unless otherwise announced.
