Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)

Our Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certificate sets students on the path to work in a long-term care setting while providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed professional nurse. Become a nurse aide and help long-term care residents meet their physical, social, and psychological needs. The program features low instructor to student ratio and includes a 40-hour clinical internship at an off-campus clinical site. Upon successful completion of the course and practice exams, you can qualify for Virginia’s Certified Nursing Assistant Examination (written and manual skills).
