Fundamentals of Organizational Leadership

The Fundamentals of Organizational Leadership Career Studies Certificate focuses on building knowledge and skills typically required to lead high performing work groups Students develop a sharper appreciation of their leadership potential and acquire knowledge and tools needed to balance leadership style to follower characteristics and circumstances in order to be effective.

Through the coursework and classroom discussions, students will learn to develop the skills to assess themselves and others to choose the best leadership style for any situation. The program focuses on teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and making ethical decisions.

Admission Requirement: Students who would like to enroll in the Fundamentals of Organizational Leadership Career Studies Certificate will need approval from our Arts, Business, Humanities, and Social Sciences department.
