Requirements
- Complete a Virginia Peninsula Community College Educational Foundation Scholarship Application; and
- Be enrolled in a non-credit, electrical or HVAC training program/course offered by Virginia Peninsula Community College; and
- Demonstrate financial need as determined by Virginia Peninsula Community College.
